On Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025, starting at 6 p.m. (the night before Thanksgiving), Port Ann Wesleyan is offering a special event for the local community.
It will include a spaghetti dinner and a night of bingo where prizes will include a variety of essential items to help offset costs for families and individuals during the upcoming holiday season. Things like laundry detergent, toilet paper, certain food items, gift certificates, heating fuel vouchers, etc.
Space is limited and registration is required. That needs to be done at this online Google Form.
Donations from local individuals/families and businesses are welcome toward the meal or the essentials prizes are welcome and can be pledged via email or by calling or texting 570-847-2718. Questions about the event can be sent the same way.
