A steady flow of families with kids dressed in a wide variety of costumes visited the church on Saturday, Oct. 18, for the annual Trunk-or-Treat/Fall Festival event.

It included about 15 different trunks decorated in numerous different styles, many with bible-related messages and themes. Candy was plentiful as families formed lines to visit the trunks and engage with the families hosting them.

The church’s worship band provided numerous sets of live music from a trailer in the volleyball court while a team of people served soups, hot dogs, baked goods and fall-themed beverages. Horseback rides were offered throughout the evening as well as hay rides with two tractors and hay wagons running up and down Troxelville Road.
